Macro Series Shots

This project had to do with taking shots of really small figurines to try and make it look lifesized or real.  We placed small toys in front of backgrounds that we've created or found on the computer in order to create a dreamy or mysterious atmosphere around the character.  We were told to try and create stories with the figurines so that people can look and understand what is going on in the pictures.  It was really fun.

  1. I really like the simplicity of the first series. The story line is clear and the pictures are well unified with the black and white colors. I also like the story theme of the master saving his horse!

The lighting for the second series is very unique, as it creates an interesting tree shadow.

How did you get the helicopter floating in the middle of the air or at least I think it's floating! It makes it very realistic.
