Collage Photography

This assignment had to do with combining certain images that we have taken in a way that demonstrates flow.  Although they are two different pictures simply put together, we tried to make them go together as one image with the same mood/tone.  The images with two different photographs are called Diptics while the ones with three are called Triptics.

  1. Your triptych with the golden colored leaves is amazing! Even though there is 2 colored and 1 black and white the positioning of the colored as the first and last completes it and it work better than expected. I also like the diptych with all the branches and sidewalk because it shows kind of opposites. One expresses emptiness, while the other is crowded. The first one could have benefited from choosing a photo with a person's actual shadow focusing on the long limbs instead of an object so you could kind of guess it was the barbie's body as the shadow.

  2. I really like your second to last photo. The colors are very vibrant and the photos do a great job of leading from one to another. The different depths in the photo are awesome and I really like it. Great work as usual!

  3. I like your sencond last photo, because it created by good order and angle, and also i like the color of each picture. It looks very nice. Each picture has different color, but those fit in one picture and all three pictures are harmonizing in one picture.

  4. I really like this series of photos, each one has its own separate theme. The second one really stands out and its mood flows well. The picture of the graffiti sign against the fence is really strong as well, even alone its very strong. The contrast of the colors and textures is really cool. The fifth one also really stands out because of the colors and high exposure.

  5. Great job with this series. ALl of your photos flow together very nicely. I like the one with the graffiti and flowers, it shows how two relatively different things can come together to form one magical thing......ART

  6. I really liked the fourth one down, it was really cool how the leaves were interrupted then continued in a different form. I also like how the leaves are being looked at. The whole set up is just cool.
